Our custom engineered and proprietary granulation process is equipped with state of the art machine controls that deliver superior product.  PLC controls coupled with an ergonomically designed operator interface assures process stability and repeatability. Each batch has  over 850 process control variables being monitored and recorded for analysis. MES implementation controlling ingredient consumption coupled with vSPC tracking assures each batch is compliant with strict customer requirements.
