This role carries out various responsibilities in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to benefits, leaves, employee and, labor relations, compensation, policies and procedures, performance management, and compliance. In addition, this position serves as back up to the Director of HR in their absence. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field with at least five years of direct experience; PHR and SPHR preferred. Must have exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of people within our organization required and strong computer skills using MS Office Suite a must. Working knowledge of ADP HRIS and Payroll system is a plus. Requires the demonstrated ability to think ahead, prepare action plans to achieve results, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
