TABLETING

We can take any formulation and compress it to any shape, size and form using state-of-the-art tableting machines from Fette, Courtoy, Killian, and Manesty. All production out of these presses is monitored using sophisticated Visual Statistical Process Control (vSPC) techniques to assure superior quality. Data collection for hardness, thickness, and tablet weight is accomplished via direct reads from measurement devices interfaced with vSPC.
